Workout DONE! I knocked out T25 Alpha Cardio & Les Mills Combat Kick Start. I am spent 55 minutes non-stop. I am going to be honest, I had to stop and catch my breath a few times but I made it through.
I am learning a couple of things. I need to modify the high impact, at least for now. Also I am not flexible, have tight hits & heavy legs. You would never know that I took Tae Kwon Do in my younger days or was working at a boxing gym 7 years ago.
I definitely need to get stretching & flexing with the programs. I think that I am going to try to work that in in the AM or before bedtime.
Tonight’s dinner: A salmon burger, 1/2 of a sweet potato & salad.
